While we process and store them carefully, please understand that 100% prevention is not possible as they are natural plants.

In the unlikely event of damage upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days.

We will arrange for repair or replacement.

Due to the nature of the product, we generally do not accept returns.

*Changes occurring due to storage environment after unboxing are not covered by the warranty.
